Now here's a real find. This is the logo that they were going to go with. I can see elements of the mask worn during
'Programmed For Death'. It seems George Trendle's dislike of that design may have resulted in this logo being
discarded.

Some studio paperwork indicates the time line for the final design logo was June 2, 1966
I understand that the
ABC Night to remember film was sent to Dozier for approval on May 31, 1966. Hence this draft logo was used instead.

This caption was used in both versions followed by the actors/characters names.
